IEEE SCEMS is an annual international conference, which is student-led and emphasizes more on student participation to encourage their scientific growth. The organizers of IEEE SCEMS must be the Industry Applications Society Student Branch Chapter (IAS SBC) of colleges or universities.

  We cordially invite IAS SBC from all over the world to participate in the application of the organizer of the next IEEE SCEMS (2024). The applicant units should make a 5-10 minutes presentation to introduce themselves, their strengths, the activities they have organized, etc. The Steering Committee meeting (SC meeting) will be held during IEEE SCEMS 2023 to decide the next organizer by the SC vote.
